We at Heaven's Harvest Farms strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing products and service of the highest quality. We understand, however, that sometimes a product is not exactly what you expected. If you would like to return an item within 30 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive credit (less re-stocking fees) towards the purchase of another item; or you may receive a refund of the purchase price in the form of a credit to the credit card on which the purchase was made (Special order items excluded). If you received one of our products as a gift, and wish to return it to us, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the gift, and you will receive a credit towards the purchase of other merchandise.

All returned merchandise must be unused in the original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.
